Tasting notes: Pale yellow color and a fine and bright foam. This is sweeter than average, but so well balanced that you won't notice it and it will allow lovely mushroom flavors to come out. And yet, it offers an intense and youthful nose with floral and citrus aromas combined with a fine minerality as well.

Pairings: Excellent to accompany spicy cheese, soft cheese, sweet cakes. Very nice as an aperitif.
