Note
Ventoux is a little known appellation but it produces excellent red, white and rosé wines. The Domaine de Fondreche rosé 2019 is produced from the assembly of 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah and 20% Grenache grown on the sandy-calcareous soils of the Ventoux plateau.

The result is a bright salmon-colored wine. The nose is intense and fragrant with fruity aromas of peach and melon that go well with the velvety texture of the wine. Medium-bodied and with a pleasant and refreshing acidity, it is a perfect wine for hot summer days.
