Francois is a skilled technician and talented winemaker. The skill with which he personally cares for the vineyards leads him to a manic grape selection. A careful vinification, without too many flourishes but extremely clean, fully restores the value of the best Pinot Noirs from the Mountain of Reims. The wide gustatory-olfactory spectrum (notes of red fruits contrasted with marine and iodized sensations) represents the right compromise between those who want the pleasure of drinking (roundness) and those who, on the contrary, seek more tension on the palate.

A very pleasant rosé, marked by fruit. Extremely fine bubbles, it is given on the nose and in the mouth with notes of red fruits (wild strawberry). Round and very captivating palate.

Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, with small salty appetizers but also at the table with raw middle-aged sausages.
