The friar's bitter of Diesus a liqueur obtained from the infusion of citrus fruits skins and thirty different types of grass among which gentian, thyme, marjoram and elder are dominant. Gentian makes the liqueur very bitter but the presence of citrus fruits helps to soften and round the taste. As a digestive it is very strong, it has an 18% alcoholic percentage. It is one of the most ancient and complex italian bitter. The bottle shape reminds of a friar, revoking the bitter origins and invention which took place in a Piedmontese convent. Diesus was born during the 60s, from that moment it has always been one of the Barbero top products.

Tradizioni Padane s.r.l. produces fresa band-made pasta with exclusive and fine stuffings. The raw materials used come exclusively from the local territory, in order to guarantee the preparation of genuine products with great organoleptic properties bound to the italian ,especially with Lombardy, culinary traditions. These products are all hand made because the company has a totally domestic production chain: from the beginning of the process of selection to the packaging, the company guarantees fresh and minutely worked products. For this reason the shape of pasta is irregular and the number of Ravioli in the pack can vary: the stuffing, handly prepared, is personally positioned in each Raviolo. The accurate selection of the raw materials and the artisanal production of every component contribute to create a product of excellence.

The "Dolce di Cardo" cheese is born from the union of an ancient recipe and innovative production methods. It is a pecorino cheese, with a soft consistency, a delicate flavour, a white\ pale yellow colour depending on the aging, curdled with rennet obtained from wild cardoon, which is also used as a nourishment for the sheeps together with some mediterranean essences and locally produced fodders. "Dolce di Cardo" is a truly niche product derived from an ecosustainable agriculture, in which the cardoon active principles (epatoprotector, proteolytic and antioxidant), the use of living lactobacillus which metabolize lactose in a partial or total way depending on the aging, the low level of sodium, are peculiarities that make this product tasty, easy to digest, nutritious and adapt to people of every age.

The Cinta Senese is the ancestor of all the Tuscan pigs
The natural environment is the Montagnola Senese, a hill zone at 250-300 meters of height. These hills covered by immense holm oak wood, an unlimited source of acorns, offer an ideal situation in the undergrowth for the gazing of these free range bred pigs. The gazing breeding based on food as acorns, tubers, roots gives these porks meat its unique taste and characteristics. Positive effects on saltiness and tastiness, the meat is more red and tasty than the other pork meats. The meats have better organoleptic qualities thanks to the higher concentration of unsaturated acid fats, particularly the Omega 3 and Omega 6 series. Its lard is richer in oleic acid polyunsaturated acts fats compared to the traditional ones. The fat is less consistent and more fluid, so more pleasant at the palate, this allows the cold cuts obtained to have a faster spread of the aromas used for spicing it, assuring the product optimal aromatic characteristics.
