The Bio Colombini basil tomato sauce has a long Tuscan tradition using the cultivation of traditional tomato varieties. Our tomato basil sauce stands out for its intense fragrance, able to enhance any dish.
Ingredients: tomatoes, basil and salt
Fast Spaghetti recipe:
- Tomato basil sauce "Bio Colombini"
- 1 onion
- Half a glass of red wine
- bacon "Maceleria Cecotti"
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Chop the onions and the bacon and fry in a pan with some olive oil. Add the sage and simmer for about 5 minutes on high heat. Deglaze with red wine and add the tomato basil sauce "Bio Colombini". Simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and in the meantime, boil the pasta in salted water.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese.
