Straw yellow. Aromatic. Elderflower, passion fruit, apple and orange peel. Full, rich and layered flavor. Mineral tones. Much length.
The grapes are gently crushed and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and then bottled for 12 months before being bottled.
Pairing: Delicious with a hard mountain cheese or with grilled chicken with lemon pickle.
