The grapes are destemmed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. This is followed by a two-week peeling treatment. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
Ruby red. A lot of aroma of red fruits, plums and blackberries. Elegant wine on the palate, lots of red fruit (strawberries, cherries) and some spiciness.
Pairing: Ideal with beef sirloin carpaccio with old cheese.
