Tasting notes: Intense red color. The bouquet is rich and complex, notes of Mediterranean scrub and black fruit can be perceived. On the palate it is broad, deep and full-bodied. A wine with a lot of personality.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, sausages, cold meats and cured or blue cheeses. Also wonderful as a meditation wine on its own.
