VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Maceration on the lees; during fermentation, which lasted about 15-20 days, light but frequent pumping over was done. In order to guarantee an excellent yield of color and tannins, fermentation took place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 30-32°C. At the end of fermentation the wine ages in oak barrels for at least 2 years.
