Bright ruby red with light garnet reflections. On the nose it opens on aromas of cherry, ripe red fruit, leather notes, bitter cocoa, notes of medicinal herbs and balsamic memories. On the palate it has an important body and structure, with a dense tannic texture, complex aromas, a fresh and very persistent finish.

Pairings: Ideal with veal carpaccio with pesto and parmesan, Milanese osso bucco, herb crusted lamb, duck with oranges.
