Aging takes place for 24 months in oak barrels of various capacities, followed by gravity bottling and a further 6-month stop in controlled conditions.
Intense ruby red in the glass, with nuances tending towards garnet. It offers ethereal aromas to the nose, followed by floral nuances of violet and iris, to then express themselves on spicy notes of cinnamon, tobacco and leather. The sip is soft and warm, with a pronounced fruit that accompanies the entire gustatory experience
