Tasting notes: Dark ruby red in the glass, the nose reveals intense notes of dried roses and violets, red fruit marmalade and sweet aromas of vanilla. On the palate it enters soft and structured, balanced by the appropriate freshness and very fine tannins. The final salt trail is very long.

Pairings: Ideal with sausages and red meat dishes in general.
