The label shows the link with the Harlequinʼs project: Harlequinʼs dress is made of pieces of many colors, just as the wine is made with 15 different grapes, each with its own characteristics. In ancient Greek Kairos means "convenient, opportune, for the right moment".
The addition of the sundial and the clock express the concept of the exact time.

Visual analysis:
bright ruby red color with garnet reflections in aging, of good intensity. Dense to rotation, with very evident glycerins
Olfactory analysis:
mix of fruit, flowers and minerals, in alternation

Gustatory analysis:
sensation of enveloping richness and complexity. Fruit, spices and superior alcohols alternate with flavors of fruit jam and undergrowth, then tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves combined with minerality enhance the depth of the puzzle. Closes with persistence
